This week, we get into REVIVE mode and plot a new course, focusing on the following:

  • Designing your ‘vision board’, embodying as many of the 5 natural senses to lock it in, so that this drives you every time you see it.
  • Mapping out your ‘vision to goals’ so that you have a long-term vision aligned with a 12-month plan, down to a 90-day plan capturing your daily and weekly activities.

We recommend you give yourself a full week, i.e. 7 days to complete ‘Module 3’.

This will help you work through everything in a logical manner and give you the opportunity to take notes, apply and integrate the learnings during the week.
